使用 Strands Agents 构建 AAIF 自适应智能体智能框架

AWS 用 Strands Agents 搭建 AAIF，将常规请求交给本地 SLM，复杂任务则路由到 Amazon Bedrock 云端模型。框架以 llama3.2:1b 编排请求，暴露 get_device_telemetry、analyze_camera_feed 和 get_expert_insights 三个工具，分别处理设备遥测、本地视觉和云端复杂分析。
